$100M Leads

By: Alex Hormozi - Read: April 2, 2026 - Rating: 7/10

Most advertising books complicated the things too much. But Hormozi reduced all that noise to a few good chapters, with a book barely exceeding 150 pages. The clarity and brevity alone justifies the recommendation.

"Give away the secrets, sell the implementation.” - I've seen builders operate on this principle for years without knowing it had a name. The frameworks are real, and I took notes on nearly all of them.

What the book doesn't do is make you think differently. Hormozi is a practitioner first, after all; he tells you what works, not why it works or where it breaks.

Compare that to Zero to One, which reframes your entire mental model of competition, or Taleb, who leaves you unable to think about risk the same way again.

100M Leads is a great playbook. A good playbook. Nothing more.

Useful if you're building something now. Less so if you're trying to think hard about building.
